Sikkens Rubbol BL Satura is an excellent product. It is easy to apply with very good coverage, it is also quick drying and virtually odourless and when proper surface preparation is carried out, Rubbol BL Satura can be applied directly to previously painted Alkyd Internal surfaces. I find this paint has excellent surface adhesion and the finish is even and highly durable, and colour long lasting as it does not yellow with age.
When using Sikkens Rubbol BL Satura on Exterior substrates, new wooden surfaces must be prepared and primed with Sikkens BL Primer. I have not yet personally used Rubbol BL Satura externally but I have had to assess other peoples work, and it appeared to me that the product had achieved its requirements for durability, whiteness and coverage.
